REGISTRATION

Registration is first come, first served. 
Team rosters will be capped at 14 players. 

Updates will be posted regarding waitlists and second teams
at each age level.

Age/Grade Requirements and Registration Costs:

8u (Grades K-2) - $80

10u (Grades 3-4) - $100

12u (Grades 5-6) - $105

14u (Grades 7-8) - $110

Players Will Receive a Game Jersey and Socks.
Players Are Responsible for Having Black Game Pants, Glove, and Cleats.

We Will Have Bats and Team Helmets,
but Players Are Encouraged To Have Their Own Helmets
For Health Reasons.

Registration confirmations will be sent between Thursday-Sunday.

Payment is due via check or cash by December 15th.
Payment can be dropped off or mailed to the Intermediate School office,

c/o Katie Yohe, Ephrata Youth Softball. 

Failure to pay on time will result in forfeiture of spot on team
