REGISTRATION

Registration is first come, first served. 
Team rosters will be capped at 14 players. 

Updates will be posted regarding waitlists and second teams
at each age level.

Age/Grade Requirements and Registration Costs:

8u (Grades K-2) - $90

10u (Grades 3-4) - $110

12u (Grades 5-6) - $115

14u (Grades 7-8) - $120

Players Will Receive a Jersey and Socks.
Players Are Responsible for Having Black Game Pants, Glove, and Cleats.

We Will Have Team Bats and Helmets,
but Players Are Encouraged To Have Their Own Helmets
For Health Reasons.

REGISTRATION CLOSED January 10th.

Registration confirmations will be sent on Sunday.

Payment is due via check or cash by January 31st
Payment can be dropped off or mailed to the Intermediate School office,

c/o Katie Yohe, Ephrata Youth Softball. 

Failure to pay on time will result in forfeiture of spot on team.
By registering your child, both your child and your child's parents and/or guardians agree to abide by the code of conduct set forth by the league. Failure to comply could result in the player's removal from the program without reimbursement.
